Image Reproduction InformationRevised February 2006 Mackinac State Historic Parks (MSHP) offers a selection of photographic and other media reproduction services to users of its collections. Use of MSHP images is contingent upon compliance with the conditions outlined below. Conditions governing use are specified on a contractual agreement, to be signed both by the user and by a representative of Mackinac State Historic Parks. The required fees include combined charges for one-time rights to use the reproductions for the purposes specified and for the cost to produce the reproductions. Conditions for Photograph Use It is agreed that use of collection images will be done under the following conditions: 1. Payment in full is required prior to ordering the reproductions. In most cases, image copies will be provided as photographic copy prints. Processing of an image order will proceed upon receipt of the signed original copy of the MSHP “Letter of Agreement” and advance payment of all use fees and production charges. Please do not send this advance payment until you sign and return the “Letter of Agreement.” Please order well in advance of your need since completion dates not specifically guaranteed in writing by MSHP are only estimates.
